The War Against Yourself

In this class, we will discover that the biggest battle we face is not with the world, but within our own minds. The ego tells us we are separate, sinful, and guilty—while the Holy Spirit reminds us we are loved, innocent, and one with God. The war ends when we stop listening to fear and start believing in love. This journey will show us how to rise above conflict, both inside and out, and rest in the truth of who we really are.

1. Introduction

We will begin by recognizing that much of our suffering comes from an internal war between two voices: one from fear (the ego), and one from love (the Holy Spirit). We cannot find peace by siding with both.
